Sharp turn

Tramonti a CannesNIKON D40X (130mm, f/8, 1/1000 sec, ISO100)

Early morning at the balcony. A curious coincidence make that jet contrail as a sharp turn (probably there were two) trace. Joining this with the bright warm colors of the rising sun and the cold blue sky, as well as the absolute calm of that moment make this image noteworthy for me. Hope for you too!

Someone believe that just tropical islands have the sea transparent almost as glass. It’s not true: I took this picture at the Isle of Saint Honrat, just in front of Cannes (France), from the top of the old monaster of the Cistercian monks (which¬† still today are living on the island).
